Cancel & Refund Policy

• 1. Cancellation Policy of Sorol Booking will be as per cancellation policy of corresponding Vendor.
• 2. Cancellation option may vary from vendor to vendor. Some vendor may don’t allow its customer to cancel a booking/ reservation, some of them may allow with a partial refund. Some vendor facilitates its customers with full refund on a specified time frame.
• 3. Cancellation fee or minimum time limit to make a cancel request will be as per vendors own policy.
• 4. Vendors cancellation policy will be mentioned in invoice when customer makes a booking, customer can check it prior to make a booking on corresponding vendor’s details page.
• 5. Re-scheduling option for any booking is not allowed. If customer wants to re-schedule, they may cancel the old one and place a new booking.
• 6. Customer needs to mail us at sorolbooking@gmail.com or call us at +8801521344116 for a cancellation request, with an attachment of his invoice/booking order number. This request must be made at least 1 hour before last time for cancellation set by vendor.
• 7. It may take up to 10 working days to process refund of a cancellation request.
• 8. Customer must make sure of reading Both Sorol Booking and vendors Policies before making a reservation/booking.
• 9. If any section of this article conflicts with Digital E-commerce Policy 2021 , Digital E-commerce Policy 2021 will determine solution.
